| On-Site Design Three Steps to Success |
| 1. Consultation |
| Whether you're just looking for a little advice or want to begin an in-depth design project, an On-Site Consultation is a great place to start. One of our professional design consultants will meet with you for up to an hour at your site to discuss your wants, needs, and desires. Based on that conversation, we’ll recommend a design package that fits your needs. The fee for this service is $100 and is due at the end of the consultation. However, it is redeemable towards the purchase of a professional Design Service Package. |
| 2. Professional Design Packages |
| After meeting with you on-site to determine your needs, we'll recommend a plan and discuss the design process and costs. We offer a variety of Design Service Packages, which start at $300 and increase based on the size and complexity of your landscaping project. Design package fees may be credited towards the final installation project invoice. Half of the design fee is due before design work can begin. |
| 3. Presentation & Project Proposal |
| Within two weeks of selecting your Design Package, we'll schedule a time to present your professional landscape design at our Design Studio—including project photos, plant photography, and project details that support the design. In addition, we'll provide a detailed contract of the entire installation process and the lump sum proposal for our Installation Services. We'll also discuss the next available installation time and the estimated project completion date. After the presentation, you pay the remaining design fee and take your plans with you. |
| 4. Estimates |
| Scenic Specialties can offer a free estimate for a project you may be planning to complete. To receive an accurate estimate, we require that you provide us with (1) a scaled landscape drawing or a set of landscape plans, (2) three or more photos showing different views of the area, and (3) a brief description of the project, including products you’ve selected. Estimate requests may be dropped off in person or sent to Scenic Specialties via U.S. Mail or emailed to info@scenicspecialties.com with a subject heading “estimate request”. When submitting your material, be sure to include your contact information so that we may contact you if we need clarification on your project. An on-site visit is not included as part of this service, therefore a minimum service of an on-site consultation is required before Scenic Specialties will validate or confirm a final contract price. This service is provided on a first come, first serve basis; however, Design Service clients receive top priority. |
| 5. Installation |
Complete landscape installation is our specialty. However, in order to be fair to all clients, installation dates are first come, first serve. Therefore, a 1/3 down payment is the only way to schedule and hold a date for installation to begin. In addition, the signed contract and Terms and Conditions form are due at the time of scheduling.
