Training & Education
New team members will obtain copious amounts of knowledge and training while on the job site. A crew leader will always be present on the job site and provide on-job training. We believe in proper and adequate training, and would never ask you to do a task without having the knowledge and comfort in completing it on your own. Scenic Specialties Landscape Professionals also performs scheduled bi-weekly ‘team meetings’ to discuss job safety, new tools and proper procedure of those tools, upcoming projects, and general company information. We urge all of our team members to think outside of the box during these meetings, ask questions, and provide suggestions and ideas of how we can work smarter, more efficient, and safer with one another.
Company Activities
We understand that landscaping work can be very difficult and very rewarding. The transformations our teams create among our clients’ properties are stunning and oftentimes, a landscape masterpiece. To celebrate these accomplishments, we like to plan company outings for a day of fun and a break from the every day routine.
